About 13ok — Bangladesh's Trusted Online Casino Platform

Our Mission

At 13ok, everything we do comes back to one central idea: giving players in Bangladesh access to the same quality of online casino and sports betting experience that players in established markets have enjoyed for years.

13ok was designed from the ground up with the Bangladeshi player in mind. That means the payment methods you already use every day — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — are all supported natively, with no currency conversion and no hidden charges. It means your account balance is displayed in Bangladeshi Taka at all times. And it means the platform performs reliably on Bangladesh's 4G mobile networks, on the mid-range Android devices that most players in Bangladesh use, without requiring a high-end phone or a fast Wi-Fi connection.

We know that trust is earned, not claimed. That is why 13ok partners exclusively with certified, internationally audited game providers — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming — whose random number generator (RNG) outcomes are independently tested for fairness. Every spin, every hand, every crash multiplier at 13ok is generated by a system that no party — not the platform, not the provider, not any third party — can manipulate. This commitment to fair play is not a marketing statement. It is the technical foundation that everything at 13ok is built on.

13ok by the Numbers

A snapshot of what 13ok delivers to players across Bangladesh every day.

The 13ok game library spans every major category of online casino entertainment: live dealer games hosted by professional studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play; video slots and classic slots from over 30 certified providers; digital table games with RNG-certified outcomes; crash games including Aviator by Spribe and the platform-exclusive Crash Goal; and a full sports betting section with dedicated coverage of cricket — including the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, and IPL — football, and kabaddi.

These numbers reflect a platform that has been built at meaningful scale — not a demo or a test site, but a live, production-grade platform handling real deposits, real withdrawals and real game sessions for players across Bangladesh every day. The 30+ providers figure is particularly important: it means that 13ok is not dependent on a single software studio, so if one provider performs maintenance on a particular day, the rest of the library remains fully available without interruption.

Why Players in Bangladesh Choose 13ok

Six reasons why 13ok has become the preferred online gaming platform for adults across Bangladesh.

The 13ok Story

How 13ok became Bangladesh's go-to online gaming destination — built by a team that understands the local market from the inside.

The answer to that gap was 13ok — a platform built mobile-first, localised for Bangladesh from day one, and backed by partnerships with the same certified software providers that power the biggest online casino brands in Europe and Asia. From the beginning, the 13ok team made a deliberate decision to prioritise payment integration with bKash and Nagad above everything else, because we understood that if depositing and withdrawing money was not as easy and familiar as sending a mobile payment to a friend or a merchant, then everything else the platform offered would be irrelevant. That integration is now seamless: bKash and Nagad deposits credit your 13ok account within seconds, and withdrawals back to your wallet are processed swiftly without any conversion overhead.

The cricket section of 13ok reflects the same thinking. Cricket is not just a sport in Bangladesh — it is a deeply held cultural passion, and the Bangladesh Tigers' performances in international tournaments generate a level of national engagement that few other events can match. 13ok built its cricket betting section with that understanding: full coverage of BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh national team, with live in-play betting markets and odds displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. For players in Dhaka's Mohammadpur or Chittagong's Agrabad who want to follow a match and place a bet from their phone during the lunch break, 13ok makes that as natural and frictionless as possible.

Our Core Values

The principles that guide every decision at 13ok — from platform design to player support.

• Fairness — Every game outcome at 13ok is generated by independently audited RNG systems. No game at 13ok can be manipulated. What you see is what you get, every time.
• Transparency — Your 13ok account shows your complete transaction history — every deposit, every withdrawal, every bet. There are no hidden fees, no unexplained deductions, and no surprise charges.
• Responsibility — 13ok actively supports responsible gaming with deposit limits, session tracking, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. We want players to enjoy the platform — within their means and within their limits.
• Security — SSL encryption protects every session, every transaction and every piece of personal data on 13ok. Your information is never sold, never shared without consent, and never stored insecurely.
• Local Focus — 13ok is built for Bangladesh — not adapted from a generic international template. Local payment methods, local currency, local sports coverage, and a platform tuned to the devices and networks that Bangladesh players actually use.

These values are not aspirational slogans — they are the criteria against which every feature decision, every provider partnership, and every platform update at 13ok is evaluated. When we considered which payment methods to support first, local focus meant bKash and Nagad came before international card networks. When we evaluated game providers, fairness meant that provider certification and independent RNG auditing were non-negotiable. When we designed the account system, responsibility meant building the limit and self-exclusion tools in from the beginning, not bolting them on afterward. This approach is why 13ok has become the platform that players across Bangladesh trust — and why players who join 13ok tend to stay.

Our Game Providers

13ok partners exclusively with certified, internationally recognised software providers whose games are independently audited for fairness and reliability.

Pragmatic Play supplies a significant portion of the 13ok slots library, including many of the most played titles on the platform, as well as a live casino studio offering baccarat, blackjack and roulette tables staffed by professional dealers. Evolution Gaming powers the premium live casino section — the biggest live casino software provider in the world, whose studios operate around the clock from multiple locations and whose dealer training standards are the benchmark for the industry. Spribe provides Aviator, the crash game that has become one of the most popular gaming formats in Bangladesh over the past several years, alongside the 13ok-exclusive Crash Goal.

Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Habanero round out the provider roster with additional slots, table games and live dealer content. The diversity of providers at 13ok means that the game lobby is never stagnant — new titles are added regularly as providers release them, and the overall quality floor of the library is kept high because every provider on the roster has passed the same certification and auditing standards that 13ok applies to all new provider partnerships.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

13ok is for adults aged 21 and above who choose to play responsibly and within their means. We take that responsibility seriously.

Every 13ok account comes with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time tracking, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are not buried in the settings — they are accessible from your account dashboard. 13ok does not permit players under 21 to register or play, and age verification is applied at the registration stage. If you ever feel that your gaming is becoming more than entertainment — if it is causing financial stress, affecting your relationships, or occupying more of your mental energy than you would like — please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account or visit the Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and support resources. Playing at 13ok should be enjoyable. The moment it stops being enjoyable, the tools are there to help you step back.
